程旻:博士,副教授,博士生导师。

重庆大学博士研究生毕业后,留校任教至今。获得重庆市技术发明奖一等奖1项,重庆市教学成果奖二等奖1项,重庆大学教学成果奖一等奖1项。以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表SCIEI收录文章20余篇。授权发明专利7项,实用新型专利2项。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、中央高校基本科研业务费面上项目、企业合作技术研发项目等。主研科技部国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金专项基金重点国际(地区)合作与交流项目、科技部国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)主题项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等。担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家及多个国际期刊审稿人,多次参加国内外学术会议及企业技术论坛。主要从事工业烟气余热回收及强化传热技术,相变储热,锂离子电池热失控蔓延机理及安全故障预警等方面的研究。
