博士、二级教授、博士生导师; 国家杰出青年科学基金项目获得者、国务院政府特殊津贴专家、国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家、教育部新世纪优秀人才、重庆市巴渝学者特聘教授;中国工程热物理学会多相流专业委员会副主任,中国工程热物理学会传热传质分委会委员,中国工程热物理学会热管专业组委员。主要从事燃料电池技术、微尺度多相流动与传热传质、节能减排及微生物能源转化等领域研究工作。作为负责人主持国家杰出青年基金项目、国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点国际合作研究项目等国家级及省部级项目10余项。发表SCI国际学术期刊论文近200篇,发表论文被正面他引2000余次。获重庆市自然科学二等奖、国家能源科技进步二等奖等4项。
